this one is muuuch better, i hope it turned out the way you imagined it.
anyway, if you want to improve it further, i would suggest rendering a reflection on the glass of her helmet ( that way you get even more info of the surroundings and it looks cool ). cars are the same model? maybe giving them some color variation would make it less obvious..
Lee fa yuen sign is fine but i dont like how it is sticked into the wall; making some small hole and wires dangling around would be nice
i think this is a great situation to have more colored light sources; that green light could bleed around more and reflect ( especially on her bike and the car behind her ). or just making her silhouette green to focus the viewer more... it doesnt matter if it's not realistic
maybe dimming some of the neon letters to make them look older and less perfect..bricks too; some color variation and cracks would make them more interesting..i still miss the small puddles on the ground : ))
